Kimco Realty : Westgate Village has 344,000 square feet and Shops on Soncy has 142,892 square feet of retail space. Westgate Plaza and the Shops on Soncy are located on Soncy just South of Interstate 40 West and North of 34th Street. Anchor Stores include Conn's, Home Depot, Kohl's, Old Navy, Office Max, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross, and Jo-Ann's.
Sovereign Capital Management Group, Inc. : Western Crossing has 172,448 square feet and is located at I-40 and Western. Anchor Stores include Burlington Coat Factory, Mardels, Michaels and Petco.
Orange Shark Properties: Willow Glen has 31,400 square feet of retail and office space. Located just north of Interstate 40 on Coulter, tenants include My Thai, Kindred, State Farm, and Domino's Pizza.
Puckett Dunhill LLC: Puckett Plaza has 135,482 square feet of retail space and is located on the southwest corner of 34 th and Bell. Tenants include Bank of America, Schlotzsky's, UPS, Gold's Gym, Care Today and The Ruffled Cup.
Williams Group : Tradewinds Village has 40,000 square feet and Shoppes on the Parkway has 20,894 square feet. Tradewinds Village is located at the corner of 34 th and Osage St. Tenants include Northwest Texas Hospital, Little Caesars, Fresenius Kidney Care and First United Bank.
Williams Group: Shoppes on the Parkway is located off Soncy through the Westgate Mall entrance. Tenants include Men's Warehouse, Edible Arrangements and Wade Gordon Salon.
Gordon Partners : Bell Plaza has 128,277 square feet and is located at 45 th and Bell, anchored by United Supermarket.
45th and Coulter LLC : Country Club Plaza has 21,604 square feet and tenants include State Farm, Cash Store, Edward Jones and Outreach Home Health.

Other Retail Clients & Projects
Toot'n Totum Food Stores has more than 90 stores in Amarillo and the surrounding area and is the leading convenience store operator in the Amarillo market. Justin Kite has represented Toot N' Totum in site acquisitions, annexation, platting, zoning and TIRZ (Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone). Justin also handles the surplus of existing stores including sales, leasing, sub-leasing and/or re-development.

Justin managed the full block acquisition for Toot‘n Totum Food Stores in Downtown Amarillo. This block and subsequent platting and zoning provided the first major project to be developed under the new Downtown Amarillo Design Standards.
Amarillo Plaza is a 15,000 square feet, retail center located at Coulter St and 45 th Ave with Wal-Mart as a shadow anchor. Justin represented the owner in both the purchase and sale of this center as well as managing the center for over ten years. Justin continues to handle the leasing of Amarillo Plaza.
